The business was founded in 1991, as a partnership of qualified and commercially experienced finance managers with the intention of providing the highest quality recruitment service based upon first hand knowledge, an intensive candidate screening process and a more personal approach than has traditionally been provided in the recruitment industry. This philosophy has not changed.

Many of our staff have a strong background in finance and accounting, all are either graduates or qualified accountants. In addition, our Directors are all Ex Finance Directors of large multinational businesses and all work in the business. 

Our personal approach involves developing a close working relationship with our clients.  Face-to-face meetings and regular ongoing telephone communications ensure that our consultants really understand their requirements and culture, resulting in an extremely focused list of candidates for the client to choose from.

Our ethics are based on the ethics and principles of the Accounting profession; absolute integrity and confidentiality. We are not interested in the short term “fast-buck”; we always take a long term view.

The Scheme

• Two to three stage competency interviews
• Presentation

We interview on a competency basis, we are more interested in seeing that you have the right skills for the job than seeing your academic credentials.

We are open to applications all year round.

We accept all degree subjects.

Graduates with post degree work experience will of course be considered.

You will need to be located within commutable distance from one of our offices.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.  We are unable to provide sponsorship for work permits.
