A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a growing business in Central London.
Your duties will include processing invoices, dealing with queries, reconciling the purchase ledger, raising invoices, cash allocation, chasing overdue debt, credit card expenses and various other accounting duties.
You will have experience of dealing with purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliation and other general accounting duties.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously or part of a team and have strong Microsoft Excel and Sage skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing invoices and ensuring payments are made to suppliers.
- Set up of regular payment runs and direct debits where necessary.
- Preparation of periodic supplier reconciliations
- Preparation of Reconciliations
