My client is a well established company looking for an experienced temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to come in and hit the ground running for a minimum of 6 months.?
Your duties as a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will include:
- Monthly reconciliations of vendors
- Posting of invoices into the accounting system
- Purchase order processing
- Raising payments to vendors
- Other general ad hoc and admin duties
- Have experience within an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger role processing a high volume of purchase invoices
- Competent using MS Excel and Sage
- Be a team player who is able to work in a busy team
- Self-motivated and able to work to challenging deadlines
