An iconic luxury 5* hotel based in Central London are looking for an Accounts Assistant with significant Accounts Payable experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to further their finance skills within a luxury brand.
Your responsibilities would include processing supplier invoices, liaising with suppliers and resolving queries, managing the Accruals & Prepayments relating to A/P and reconciling petty cash. You would also be required to verify F&B receiving reconciling with purchases, ensure invoices match PO's and receipts and ensure the Aged Accounts Payable report agrees with the G/L.
The ideal candidate would be part-qualified, or keen to study towards an accountancy qualification, and possess significant finance experience in the Hotel industry. Strong Excel skills, excellent communication and problem solving skills would be beneficial.
