A well known successful Hospitality company urgently require a Cash & Reconciliations Clerk to start immediately for a fixed term contract that has the potential to go permanent.
- Reconciliations of bank and retail outlets
- Checking all Credit Card Receipts and discount Vouchers are valid
- Check authorisation of retail stores petty expenses
- Liaise with banks on a daily basis ensuring smooth running of transactions
- Provide weekly accurate reports to necessary managers
- Ad-hoc duties - opening post and filing
- Experience within a busy cash office and banking environment
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to be able to communicate with all levels of management
- Good PC & Excel skills
- Coda experience an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
