An new opportunity has arisen for a Credit Administrator to join a growing business in Hertfordshire. Tasks will include supporting a busy credit control department in Hertfordshire with all sales ledger / accounts receivable tasks and credit control duties. Responsibilities: Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable duties: Set up of new customer accounts Be involvement in setting of customer credit limits Credit checking of business files Allocation of incoming monies to customer accounts Sending out customer statements Ad hoc administration to support to the finance team Credit Control duties: Responsible for all aspects of credit control for both UK and overseas Dealing with credit control issues Resolving queries from customers Managing Letter of Credit presentations Prepare monthly reports on collections Managing credit limits of all customers Posting bank receipts The successful individual should have excellent communication skills and customer services.
