Job Description

From its UK head office, our online client provides services to its many customers in the UK and around the world with subsidiaries based at various locations around the world.

Continued rapid growth requires the creation of an exciting and high profile position - Director of FP&A responsible for providing FP&A support and direction across the businesses day to day operations. Primary focus of the role is to drive business performance, you will manage all aspects of budgeting, forecasting processes as well as all aspects of planning  and reporting to enable really wise and informaed decision making.

The role reports to the CFO and will manage a small team with key responsibilities including:-

Business Partner divisional functions  with all aspects of analysis and financial process management

Working closely with operations to analyse plans and projects and ensure they are hitting budgets etc.

Manage the budget and planing and reforecasting processes working with the wider stake holders to deliver the Group's goals.

Develop and improve processes to ensure efficient and effective reporting and assist with investor relations. 

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant or MBA, but you must have a track record of achievement and significant, Process improvement, transaction support or hands on FP&A experience, some of which would have ideally been gained in an international digital/online, consumer facing business. This is a role for a robust and ambitious self-starter keen to make a real impression in this very high profile role.
