My client are an exciting organisation based in Hatfield looking for a hard working Finance Assistant to help them with completing all financial transactions in the business including coding and purchase ledge invoices.
The role is due to a long term sickness and the contract would be between 3- 6 months.
Role and Responsibilities –
- Posting purchase and ledger Invoices
- Debt chasing and account management
- Preparing weekly cashflow forecasts
- Create end of month journal and entry
- Purchase Ledger, Cash Management and General Ledger Shutdown
As an ideal candidate you would be someone with –
- Experience working in a similar role
- Good time management and organisation
- Clear and Effective communication
- Enthusiastic and positive
- Accurate Data entry
