My client, a large blue chip business with several regional offices, is searching for a driven and dedicated individual to take ownership of all the activities related to bonuses and incentives management and payment. It’s a high profile role involving a great deal of interaction with key stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Working closely with the Financial Controller to complete month end activities accurately and efficiently.
- Support the role of the training programme and provide ongoing support to internal employees on the bonus system
- Assist commission manager with creating/controlling schemes in the bonus system and validating bonus payments
- Analysis of special incentive programs/finance promotions.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within an analytical role, strong Excel skills and be a confident communicator. You will commercially astute and a problem solver with strong attention to detail.
