Rapidly expanding FMCG offers ambitious FC a fast track to CFO.

Financial Controller       £60,000 - £65,000                                          London 

Our fast growth international FMCG business is going through rapid growth. They now require a commercially focused Financial Controller to manage the finance team and support all of the commercial and operational aspects of the business. 
The role reports to a part time CFO, and is a member of the senior management team, you will have the potential to step up to become CFO within 1 -2 years.

Responsibilities will include:-
•    Manage the finance team to ensure all aspects of accounting, reporting, compliance tax, foreign currency,  cash-flow and treasury are well managed.
•    Provide all aspects of cost and margin analysis to ensure the pursuit of profit opportunities  
•    Work closely with the Design, Sales and Operations directors, providing operational support as well as financial input in winning and retaining business

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong academic record, a capable team manager, comfortable working in a fast paced internationally focused entrepreneurial environment. You will be action orientated with sound commercial judgement and used to supporting wider operations, you must have the gravitas and influence to present your views clearly and persuasively. 
The successful candidate will be capable of stepping up to be the CFO of the business within 1-2 years.
