Market leading FMCG rapidly expanding in UK and across Europe now require a commercially aware FP&A Manager to lead the provision of insightful commercial MI to the UK sales & marketing team. Your proven commercial acumen will demonstrate your ability to quickly grasp the key drivers of the business. Managing and developing a small team your key responsibilities will include
- Lead the provision of insightful commercial MI including sales and margin performance, providing meaningful analysis and understanding to the commercial teams
- Lead the monthly forecasting process, present financial overview to the exec team to support the decision making process
- Work closely with the commercial business managers to ensure robust quarterly and annual planning
- Support the development of BI engage with key stakeholders to identify needs and ensure effective delivery.
You will be a qualified accountant with previous FP&A experience ideally gained in a fast paced consumer-centric business. Critically your strong commercial awareness and ability to influence at all levels will ensure you make an impact on this dynamic organisation. Previous management experience would be a distinct advantage evidencing your ability to develop the team.
