Job Description

Our Client is a fast growth international business, operating across the world. With clients that pay in multiple currencies, many in $M that require hedging, as well as ongoing Capital expenditure in €M that requires forward cashflow management, there is always something going on. They now require a Group Treasury Manager, reporting to the Group CFO to ensure the right focus is on liquidity and cash structure to deliver their ambitious growth plans. This includes driving efficiencies in use of banking and Treasury systems, the analysis and management of cash and related risk.

The role will also work closely with the CFO and the Board on setting the Group strategy for cash management as well as currency and credit risk whilst ensuring an optimal return on cash.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Ownership of the Group's treasury strategy, foreign exchange policies and controls, understand all existing financing and ensure appropriate Treasury Policies and Procedures.
  • Work with the Groups subsidiaries to manage and account for intercompany cash to ensure optimum use of available cash resources.
  • Mange the Groups external banking relationships for custody and all account mandates, KYC/AML information and all related regulatory compliance.
  • Daily cash management including borrowings and investments, co ordinate all foreign currency and hedging transactions and manage related accounting issues working closely with Financial Control and FP&A functions.

What you’ll need to apply:

With a minimum of 3-4 years’ relevant International Treasury experience, you’ll need a real “can-do” attitude to meet rapidly changing priorities in this fast-paced environment.

You are likely to be a Graduate with a minimum AMCT professional qualification and either an accounting qualification or sound understanding of the finance implications of Treasury actions. Experience of Treasury systems is expected.
