A successful and stable Healthcare company based in Beaconsfield are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator. You will need to have experience of working within a fast paced environment where excellent organisation skills are required and experience working within Payroll. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own workload.
Under the supervision of the Finance Manager your duties will be:
- To assist in managing the Weekly payroll and pension functions.
- To accurately maintain all employee details and process amendments as notified by employee, personnel department or other outside organisations e.g. Inland Revenue etc.
- Managing complex payroll queries and the calculation of NI and Tax
- Being responsible for calculating SSP and SMP
You must also have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with employees in all areas of the company.
