My client is a leading business within the Hospitality industry based in London.
Due to a payroll project, they are in pursuit of a Payroll Manager to join their team on a 3 - 6 month contract.
- Manage a team of staff responsible for the processing of payroll
- Manage the weekly and monthly payrolls of c.7000 staff (including flexible hours contracts)
- Set up and maintain records to ensure that all queries and requests, relevant for the payroll, are completed.
- Managing new starters and leavers.
- Maintain healthy relationships with site staff up to and operations managers, dealing with sensitive queries and providing them with clear and coherent advice.
- Complete all year-end statutory requirements
