CMC are working with a high end retail business based in West London. This vibrant organisation require a sole Payroll clerk for initially 6 weeks.
You will be responsible for the Payroll service ensuring everything is processed accurately and efficiently to meet Payroll and HMRC deadlines and all statutory and legislative requirements.
- Process payroll using Sage Payroll and issue payslips via automated email
- Collect payroll data from managers, e-days absence system and HR dept
- Manage HMRC correspondence including processing amended tax codes
- Post salary journals
- Process pension payments and manage correspondence with Smart Pensions
- Process staff discounts
- Calculate monthly PSA accruals
- Deal with HMRC and submit RTI, P45s, P60s, P11Ds, PSA
- Calculate bonuses
