My client, a high growth international brand is seeking an engaging and self-motivated Project Manager to join their team. You will work cross-functionally within this high profile role and will directly influence business strategy and drive change.
Key responsibilities will include:-
- Delivery and project management of large and complex improvement projects.
- Development of robust and collaborative partnerships with all business functions to drive innovation and process excellence.
- Drive and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation ensuring best practice in process management.
- Devise scope and delivery of high impact programmes to increase efficiency, manage risk and improve customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with previous experience in a continuous improvement role within a complex organisation. You will be a confident communicator and posses strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
