My client, a large blue chip business with several regional offices, is searching for a driven and dedicated individual to take ownership of all the activities related to bonuses and incentives management and payment. It’s a high profile role involving a great deal of interaction with key stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support the role of the training programme and provide ongoing support to internal employees on the bonus system
- Assist commission manager with creating/controlling schemes in the bonus system and validating bonus payments
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Assist in administration of special incentive programs
- Provide internal customers with adhoc reports from the bonus system
- Complete month end accurately, working closely with the financial controllers
