Job Description

Market leading FMCG rapidly expanding in UK and across Europe now require a commercially aware Financial Analyst to provide essential advice and decision support capability to the UK sales & marketing team. Your energy will be channelled into using information to make a tangible impart on the operational performance of the business. Your exceptionally strong influencing and presentation skills will be key attributes so that you can quickly gain credibility with the high performing sales teams. 

Key responsibilities will include

  • Provide financial information, advise and challenge the sales team to ensure delivery of demanding market share, gross margin and P&L targets
  • Support the development of rigorous sales and marketing spend planning process 
  • Assist with the development and negotiation of trading terms – identifying key levers to help drive value
  • Develop highly effective relationships with key stakeholders including the sales, marketing and operational leadership teams.

You will be a qualified accountant/passes finalist with previous commercial finance, decision support experience in fast paced consumer-centric business. Critically your drive, ability to influence at all levels and exceptional strong presentation skills will ensure you make an impact on this dynamic ambitious organisation.
