What training is provided?
As a business we have standardised training modules that are defined, implemented and rolled out across the business for all employees. These standard modules include:

How is performance assessed?
Targets are set on multiple levels: individually, by office, and overall on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Regular update meetings allow consultants to assess their performance and any areas where they may need to improve.
We carry out annual performance reviews for each of our employees. We as a business appraise people and encourage individuals to suggest developments and training needs to assist with achieving positive service delivery to clients. As part of this process we work to predefined role profiles, a competency framework and full performance review documents. This is used as an opportunity to identify any further training needs on an individual basis.
In addition to the annual performance review, regular update meetings are held with employees, giving the opportunity to provide two-way feedback relating to performance, service delivery and any personal issues that may need to be discussed.
